Gigi Bello

Gigi Bello – also known as the doting mother to her beloved daughter Eloise, who happens to be her sourdough starter – is a born and raised New Yorker, a CPA by day, and is probably thinking about her next meal.

Gigi began her content creation journey as just a kid with her own small YouTube channel (ironically all about baking) as a way to make people laugh and build a community of support. It wasn't until 15 years later that she and Eloise really soared, quickly gaining millions of followers across TikTok and Instagram that were drawn to Gigi's charm, eccentric side projects, and unhinged dance breaks as much as her delicious sourdough flavors.

She loves creating content that feels real and relatable because nothing makes her happier than making someone laugh or smile. It’s like a kitchen table chat with her besties!
